ORDER PROCESSING

Our books are made to order, printed and bound for each customer. Once you place an order, it undergoes various stages including order verification, printing, quality check, and packaging.

Typically, we send all orders to the printer or warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours. The processing of orders by our printer and warehouse staff takes an additional 2-4 business days before they are shipped out. Each book is made to order, and processing time can vary - especially during the holidays.

Our business days are Monday – Friday, excluding USA & UK holidays.

If there are any delays in production, we will contact you. We use different printing methods and bindings for various products, and may ship your order in multiple packages.


REFUNDS POLICY

We can't just yell, "STOP THE PRESSES!"

Each book is created just for you, so please be sure you've ordered the correct item. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If your book has been misprinted in some way or damaged in shipping, please send a photo to admin @ goldenagepress.com

We'll immediately order a new custom printing to ship to you to replace the damaged product. Please email admin @ goldenagepress.com for instructions.


SHIPPING POLICY

Once your unique book has been printed and bound we will ship out your order. If there are any shipping delays from our warehouse due to high volume, we will notify you.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so that you can follow the progress of your order and be informed of its status.
